The National Committee for the History of Art, the U.S. affiliate of the inter­na­tional body of art histo­ri­ans known as the Comité International d’Histoire de l’Art, serves profes­sion­als engaged in the practice of art history, broadly conceived, by facil­i­tat­ing intel­lec­tual and inter­gen­er­a­tional exchange and advancing an expanding community of art historians.
